This is a 50min class specifically designed on the idea of movement. Elevate your heart rate up & break a sweat while
maintaining the integrity of the Sculpt Barre precision. As with any Sculpt Barre class, the focus is to encourage clients
to challenge themselves to their own capacity while offering modifications to suit each individual client’s needs. This
class is high energy and tons of fun!
SCULPT FIT HIIT
A 50 minute perfectly curated balanced class of strength, core and cardio exercises that is designed to sculpt every part of your body, increase stamina and improve strength. This class includes a combination of body weight, core and resistance exercises, with cardio mixed throughout to keep your heart rate elevated for maximum calorie burning effect. Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Classes will always offer modifications for all levels through every exercise so you can challenge yourself safely, while seeing results quickly.
This class takes your Sculpt Barre experience to the next level. Our Master Class turns things up a notch with moves
that are more technical and relevé based. That means more burn and more shake!

ARMS & ABS CLASS
This class is designed to target biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest, back, and the entire abdominal area using moves from the proven Sculpt Barre method. The option of using weights and resistance bands adds that extra bit of challenge you will surely feel in this

Our Kids Yoga classes are specifically designed by age groups to let kids be kids and allow them to explore their
bodies through movement and help cultivate both confidence and self-esteem. We will work on building both
physical and emotional strength through a variety of things including Yoga postures, class themes, games, meditation,
breathing exercises, and so much more leaving them feeling motivated, calm, & focused. Kids will also gain
mindfulness tools to help them navigate through the years ahead, as they continue to grow and develop.

A yoga class for the whole family to enjoy. Family Yoga is a fun, joyful and peaceful way to move together mindfully.
Enjoy stretching, strengthening and spending quality time together in this calming atmosphere. This class is designed
to bring parents and children together to explore the benefits of health and wellness while learning basic yoga
postures. Minimum Age 4.
Barre Baby is a postpartum Sculpt Barre class specifically designed for Moms with Babies! Just like our other barre
classes you will work your entire body. Arms, Legs, Seat and Core. You get to spend some time focusing on YOU with
the comfort of your little nearby. This barre baby class will leave you and baby feeling connected, rejuvenated,
restored and ready to conquer nap time!
We recommend your babe is between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 months and in a front clip baby carrier. You will
need; grip socks, front clip baby carrier, baby blanket & Babe! You are still welcome to come to class if you don’t
have a baby.
BABY N ME
specifically designed to help moms reconnect to their postpartum bodies and connect with their baby. This gentler
class will focus on slowly rebuilding strength, toning, and stretch you into balance: mentally, physically and
emotionally. We will incorporate some gentle stretches for babies, songs, and learn some baby massage techniques
to help ease common discomforts such as gas.
Come enjoy this special time with your little one. Babes from newborn up to crawling stage are welcome! This yoga
class will leave you and baby feeling connected, rejuvenated, restored and ready to conquer your day & nap time!
Drop your children off right next door in our Childcare Room with our amazing Childcare attendants. Take time for
yourself to renew & work on YOU. You will be a better mom because of it. Make sure to book your kids in the
“Childcare” class. Payment due upon arrival.
